I am trying to find outany information that i can on this oil painting. I believe that it is signed by J Thompson from what I can tell. Any information on this?
My trunk has the following numbers stamped on the bottom 005 and C32 . It is 40" long 14 1/2" deep and 12" tall.It has a small sticker - label on the inside of lid that is 2" wide X 1" tall that reads "CASWELLl-RUNYAN CO. MEANS QUALITY and what I think says Hunnington on the bottom part of sticker, I can not see anything but the H on the bottom of sticker I assume it said Hunnington, not 100% sure as that part of sticker is not readable. I will take pictures of the sticker along with other pictures of the chest.
I can't find any information about this freezer online other than old 'advertisements' it has the numbers on a tag that read:sa107344 and then mod-s3414L it also has a chieftain sticker on the pump/motor with other motor specs. Please give me any inormation you may have on it! It works great and is HUGE. Thanks !
This is an original US Army Signal Corps "RadioPhoto" of General Alfred Gustav Jodl signing the instrument of surrender under which the remaining German forces are to lay down their arms in unconditional surrender on May 7, 1945. This starts "VE Day"!
General Jodl is at center, and I believe that's Admiral Doenitz to his left.
The scanned image doesn't do it justice. The photograph is actually much brighter and clearer that depicted.
