The Thoren's Excelda is a portable gramaphone of the 1930s whch resembled the cameras of that time. The case is metal with a red faux-lizard, crackly finish. The 2.5" turntable is covered with brown felt and the record is secured with the original nut that clases the case. The leather carrying handle is broken. The phonograph is complete with all authentic parts including 4 extra needles.
This watch has been in my family in Georgia (Caucasus) for more than 50 years. It was owned by my grand-father. Nor sure about its prior history. Interested in appraising it, and possibly selling.
There bears are off white faces, black patches around eyes and ears, possible pandas. The black extends on down the front and back quarters.. Has liquour tag in front below mother bear. BEAM.
