it belonged to my neigbors grandfather who passed. he said his grandfather bought it from an artist that painted it at an art gallery. I dont know much about the artist other than his actual name is lee reynolds burr. The students he taught signed all their painting lee reynolds.... Just curious if anyone might know how much its worth?
The porcelain is in mint condition. One of the lights on one of the lamps has no connection for the bulb so that one bulb does not work. The other lamp works perfectly.
Please help me identify this chandelier, year and what it might be worth. It has long hexagonal rods/crystals that hang from the three arms and there is a small pulb within each of the curtain of rods. There are 2 layers of rods for each arm. The bowl is all very nice crystal beads that are strung together and are very tight and perfect. The electic seems fine. The center of the bowl has a place for a light as well. So 4 lights total. It is missing only 5-6 rods. Perhaps replaceable. I paid $10 at a goodwill for it. It says Underwriters Laboratories under the mounting plate and Made in Italy. There are some other numbers on the UL label that I didn't write down, sorry. Any info wouldbe helpful.
Belonged to my mother's husband, who had many pictures/paintings of fine art. Because he had such a nice collection, I'm wondering if this is also a valuable item.
