This is a Taber Prang print called "The Meadow". The print is somewhat of a sepia, but the stream has a subtle blue, while there are also specks of red in the field flowers. The red does not stand out until you notice it the first time. The frame is wood painted gold with a glass cover and a wooden back to hold the print in place.

I purchased this vase about 10 years ago at a church rummage sale from an elderly woman who said it was given to her years ago by her mother-in-law(in late 1950's).
I paid $5. I am trying to find out what the signature on the bottom says and if it is Chinese or Japanese or if anyone knows about when they produced these.
