This pitcher was handed down from my great grandfather's family to me.  I am curious as to its origins and age.  His family descended from early immigrants from the Alsace region of Germany who came in the 1700s to America.

I have this set of 4 butter knifes or spreaders.  I'm not sure if they are solid silver or plate.  Each knife is marked Beverly Wilshire.  I assume these are from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.  They are in a cloth bag marked Nathan-Dohrmann Co San Francisco CAL but I'm not sure if this bag is the original bag they came in or if the items were put together in this bag later on.     Any info or value would be apprieciated.

Sent to me around 1950.   Rarely used and is in excellent conditionl.

My son recently was in Iraq and sent me a hand carved Onix or Marble tea set( from pakistian). During shiping the spout and handle were broken. I was hoping you could give me a price for the insurance. I love the set and would like to get it fixed.
