It is a round table with a scalloped edge the legs are all hands carved the wood is mahogany and it has embossed number 3060 . It has a bracket under neath so that yoou can tilt it or have it upright
It is a silverplated serving bowl, or casserole dish, with matching lid. It is marked on the bottom "F.B. Rogers" with a crown right above it separating the year 1883. Below the name is says "1158"
This lamp was in the basement of the house we bought, the glass is in good condition but i have not tested it to see if it still works. It does however need a good cleaning!
The chandelier is in good working condition. There were no lampshades on it and I have no idea if there ever were. It is very heavy and I am curious as to its value.
I have no idea how much a set like this would be worth, but it is solid wood and in excellent condition. Also, the table has two pull outs that extend each end to make it larger, there are only 4 chairs though. Note that the hutch is the exact same colour and has the same markings as the table and buffet, it just appears darker in the picture.
