I was given this item and I am looking to sell it, but have no idea how to price it. Any information would be a huge help. Thanks.

victorian rose candlestick, marked wm rogers &son, approx 32 oz , does not say sterling or silverplate,

also  have wm rogers creamer/sugar    with eagle at front of name and a star at back of name ,marked 625

(possibly, the D is missing) Z.Y India on the bottom.
The top and bottom have intricate floral, vine, and leaf engravings. The body of the item is scalloped.
There are 3 legs on the bottom with a swirl design.
The bottom of the item has two prongs.
When you twist the bottom it comes off
and can be locked using the prongs and grooves in the bottom.

 hand carved, dragon legs, carved dragons on side plates, double dragons with cloud in middle on fronts

This piece is 2 pieces. The bottom and then the detachable hutch(?) It's rounded measurements are:61"wide, 21"depth, 60"high(w/hutch). The top drawer has green felt lining with compartments. The 2 doors have old style key holes. All of the drawers have dove-tailed joints on all corners. The drawer pulls are not drilled all the way through like modern knobs/drawer pulls. The only metal is on the knobs and the door hinges. There are NO markings or stamping anywhere-the only "marking" is at the back of one drawer, like a carving in small. says "xxxxxxxv", but I'm not sure that means anything. Any information on this piece would be greatly appreciated. Wood type, age, style,?? estimated worth?though not going to sell-fell in love with it on site. Also if you have any tips on refinishing the top? There are lots of marks from drinks on the top.This is my first real antique buy.
