picture of a boy holding a bowl of cherries with a jacket draped over his shoulder. There are cherries in the bowl,
He has his mouth open and his left arm is poised to eat a cherry. He has curley hair.
This particular one is not painted bright colors. His pants are a dull green and his jacket is brown. His skin tone looks very natural. He has a red mouth with little white teeth. He is barefood and you can see the detail in his toe nails. His facial features are delicate and the paint and details on this one seem more refined than other cherry boy statues I have seen on the web. There is a tree stump behind him.
The arm has been broken at the elbow on the left arm and the right arm has a broken elbow that has been taped back on.
Purchased this pocket in Poland in 1976. Watch has gold cover and back with a gold tone watch face. Interior watch works are gold in color. There is a small V with a ribbon above it with the letters VOIT in the ribbon.
Watch is in excellent condition. Never engraved. Case is designed to have a monogram on the front cover.
This is a 5 piece tea set which is silver plated. The actal Medium is unknown, but we believe it may be aluminum. The company named stamped on the items is Reed and Barton. The sugar bowl, creamer, sugar cube holder, and tea pot have ''lion's legs''. There are lion's bodies on the top of the tea pots, along with flower designs on some of the dishes. They all have a ''R'' in gothic/calligraphy style lettering on the pieces. On the bottom of each piece there is a stamp that says ''2408'' and then each piece has a number. The stamp on the bottom of the large tea pot says ''MF'D and plated by Reed & Barton. 2408. Design. Pat. Jan 12, 1869. 7.'' The large tea set also has a face on the front facing side with a ''viking'' style head on it, like the ones seen on the front of a viking ship.
