Kroll Baby Carriage

I was wondering if you know anything about Antique baby carriages. I have a Kroll Brother Baby Carriage. I believe it is 1929 it is wooden with wicker cover and wrath iron base and wooden wheels. I know it was manufactured in Chicago IL. I did find an old advertisement of a similar one that had it going for $24.95 What effects the value on it and what may be the value?

Meissen Porcrlain Buddha was purchased in Hong Kong approximately 40 years ago. A separate seat was purchased at the time to bring it back to US. Head, hands & tongue move when pushed.

My Mother has a Roseville Carnelian II 457-24 "Glazes". It is in Excellent condition with exceptional colors.

She has had it for over 20 years. We would like to get it appraised for todays Market as she does wish to sell it along with her other Vases.
