Primitive ? Sheffield ? Electro Plate Copper Silver Spoon EPCS

Category
Silver and Silver Overlay
Condition
Fair
Description

I have these three 4" long spoons. They were acquired in an estate lot some time ago. Their construction seems primitive / simplistic to me - and I am assuming from my research that the EPCS mark is Electro Plated Copper Silver. An "AI" appears to be following the EPCS. I've had them for several years in a basket on my desk holding pens. I'm wondering what they are, when they are from and if they have any value at all to collectors.
