I bought this peice at an auction. It was listed as a Fostoria candelabra. I then listed it on ebay as a Fostoria Colony pattern due to the likeness.  The gentleman who bought this got it and said it definately was not Colony.  But was interested in what and where it came from. Can you help?

Canton-blue Pattern from Woods and Sons.  In very good condition. oriental

Brass plated, No spigot key, good condition, good patina, inside where water goes is clean, medalion/seals=5 barely readable also crowns stamped in between the seals.samovar
