Cm Russell painting

Description

I have a cm Russell lost in the snow storm we are 

friends painting. I got in from a family members house 

that I inherited and don't know much about it. It is 

signed by him in the right hand corner with the year 1888.

it is on canvas. I would appreciate some help if possible. I can

answer more questions if need be. The canvas is 35 1/2 x 17 1/2
