Silver, pewter, silver plated??? peacock spice box I believe. Head twists and comes off. Has ruby like gem eyes. Marking on bottom of tail seems to say "C co S" and under that is the number "3". Can't find anywhere online just similar. Want to know what the CS and 3 stand for and if this valuable or a reproduction. Thanks,,, got at garage sale for $5.
