Can sombody tell the  age of this item and is this worth anything?

i dont really know much about art so i dont know what to say

 Beautiful Drexel Heritage French Countryside dining room table.  Three additional leaves allow for a large dinner party.  There are four matching side chairs and two matching arm chairs.  Set was bought new in 1999.  

Chair is a dark wood, very solid/heavy and on casters (original). front and back covered in green velvet. no stains or visible wear on front, small stain on back. As far as i can see, everything is original.

I have had this chair for many years it was given to me as a gift.

This is a beautiful chair Im not sure but was told it was a John Jelliffe chair.

It is round and hand carved  a womans face and on the side is wings and hoofs at the bottom. Please let me know the worth or who made it.
