This item appears to be a cooler of some sort, wood box with tin lining has the letter AB on the top and the numbers 1635 and New York burnt into the front, or it appears burnt it as it is very hard to see but can see in the right light.

I am curious what it exactly is, what age and what the worth would be

This is a jug with a handle, black background, with light brown highlights, it is a very intricately carved piece, has a slight sheen to it.  The picture on the vace is of leaves, brances and vines wth children carrying something by stick's over their shoulder, also has man and woman with arm's entwined and other people as well. There are no markings on the jug, the bottom appears to have some type of red stain.

See photo.  This is a temple rubbing taken from Angkor Wat in Cambodia during the war in Southeast Asia.  It was obtained by a now retired CIA employee.  It is on black parchment and parts of temple that were rubbed are covered in gold.  It was framed in Vientiane, Laos in 1969.

1745 List of Ships Abroad in the United East India Company's Service. Old, faded, needs to be "ironed" and put in an appropriate frame. Columns of ships name, when sailed with location , commander's names, tonnage, number of crew, number of guns/cannon, voyage route, regions of operation (bombay, china, etc.), also has faded writing in the farthest right margin with dates written in (in quill).
