This seems to be an incomplete set of china. It is a set of 9...plates, saucers, 2 large bowls, 5 small bowls in a variety of sizes, the tea set. It is white with blue desins. THese designs seem to be hand painted...dragons and a variety of other small detail trim designs
These tongs are in mint condition and must be rare because I cannot find them listed on any website, silver or Wallace sites. They have a Victorian look and have large, filigree, ornately decorated, grips and what I call hands. They are not shaped like hands but they are what you grip the food with to pick up.
