Gorgeous Solid Danish Modern Teak Desk. Work area of desk is a huge 6'6" x 3'. Side credenza offers another 5'6" x 1"6" of work space. Several large drawers and file space. A rare find! Needs a little TLC (refinishing, fixing one leg of credenza, etc..)
Three foot tall metal knight in armor. Heavily rusted. On back side it states mexico. Bottom is not weighted or enclosed. weighs about 2-3 pounds. Has shield, sword, moving helmet shield. Found in barn. Would like to see if any one knows anything about it and maybe what its worth.
I would have sent a pic but I think this link shows almost exactly what the item I have looks like. http://www.antiqueappliances.com/monitor_top_refrigerators.htm. At the very top there are 5 or 6 refrigerators pictured at an angle in a line. The last 2 on the right look like what I have, except for mine does not have the monitor top thing on top. My dad kept in his garage for storing things. It was never hooked up to any electricity. Its got some rust, but mostly a lot of scratches and dirt. On the very bottom it reads: General Electric, Type M-6-A 5, U.S. Patent 1684716 18110615, Schenectady, N.Y., 5366540 (The last line of numbers reads much larger than the rest of enscription.) I'm not interested in selling, just want to know if it might have some value, and or if it is worth restoring.
Couch bought and looked up as an charles eastlake, but not confirmed, owned by 3 generations, horsehair and straw found when recovered. Very sturdy, orginal material, black leather still attached to back of couch
