Farm Scene very nicely painted in excellent condition (Artist Hoover ) 73 era

it is signed by can't really make the name out. has a tag on back from morgan & brother Manhatten storage co.

This plate looks like it was 'hammered'.  There are no etchings, just the hammer marks.  I don't know if it is handmade or machine made. 

This is a beautyful colorful ceramic what I was told to be a ginger jar. It is tan,green pink,yellowand black.

I am looking for some information on this accordion.  I only found info on vintage Silvertone units that looked nothing like this.  I am completely unfamiliar with the instrument, but would like to know what the value is as we intend to sell it.  Please see the attached pic in the case.
