Late 19th century steamer trunk

Category
Furniture
Condition
Fair
Description

I believe this steamer trunk was used by my great uncle when he immigrated to the U.S. in the 1880's or 1890's.   However, the only marking is on the lock, which is from Eagle Lock Company dated 1892.  I'm not sure if this lock was attached when the trunk was made or after.  The dimensions are 43" wide by 23" deep by 28" high.
