Tilt top pie crust table

This uranium glass pitcher and tumbler belonged to my great,great grandmother. She immigrated here from Germany in mid 1800s. I can't find any markings on the items. The pattern feels raised to the touch. I don't know if she brought them with her or if they were purchased here. 

I believe it is marigold carnival glass. It has iridescent color. Trying to see how much it'd worth.

Doll is approximately 16 inches tall with painted head, arms, legs and feet. Also is signed on bottom Crystal Moshier 35 2003. Not sure what it means.
