Just can't find who made this piece online anywhere. Probably brand new for all I know. Found in Grandmother's kitchen - she traveled a lot and has a lot of great/old china sets from all over the world. Wanted to gift this to a friend - but wanted to know value first.
Divided pottery - pear shaped, green-speckled in color, no nicks or blemishes.
This was an 8 piece place setting some pieces missing but the set is in good shape. I have 6 dinner plates 6 tea cups 2 serving dishes sugar and creamer (creamer has no lid) 6 soup bowls 8 tea cup saucers and 6 finger bowls. I am just interested in finding out more about them. what company made them, if they are worth any money ect.
This desk is beautiful and very well made, all joints are sound/tight. All the wood is whole and in original condition. The only thing that is less than excellent is the finish.
I know very little about it but I was helping a guy move and we were packing things up and I pulled the newspaper out of a box and started researched the the piece. The letters have been pressed into the paper so its not a reprint. The reprints just have ink on top of the paper and not pressed in. It is an original.
