don’t know much more about it other than that. Would like to know value and info. 

This plate is hand painted and signed on the front. There are no markings on the back, edges are gold trimmed. Measures approx 5" in diameter. 

Guessing the flowers are supposed to be forget-me-nots.

I have a set which includes one large and 6 small bowls.

I am hoping someone is able to help me with some information on this silverplate tureen/casserole by Wm.A.Rogers.  I have not been able to find anything online myself.

I would like to know the time period of manufacture, the pattern name and if possible the approximate value but would appreciate any information at all.

The bottom has the following; Wm. A. Rogers then a circle with the words GUARANTEED PLATE and an image of a horseshoe with the letter R in capital.  Beneath the circle is the word CANADA beneath that E.P.B.M. beneath that the number 2309.
