ALEXANDER UNIVERSAL DOUBLE FRENCH HORN F/B 1 out of 3 in the World !!!

Category
Music and Music Instruments
Condition
Mint
Description

This is a hand made french double horn by Gebr. Alexander in Germany. Made somewhere around 1982-1983. There were only 3 made of that particular horn!!!!! One is in the posession of a music museum in Japan! The second one is in our family posession, the third one is unknown! Those informations base on the official statement from Gebr. Alexander/ Mainz Germany from
08-15-2008!!!
Right now the horn is assembled as a F/B double horn but can be changed to many other registers due to many different valves which came with that horn. According to the manufacturer this instrument is OF COURSE playable, but due to weight and complexity very hard to play, even for a professional horn player!
THIS IS A RARE COLLECTORS ITEM !!!
The instrument belonged to my dad who sadly passed away last year.
We, the family, do not necessarily have to keep that gorgous instrument but if we find somebody who can appriciate that masterpiece we are willing to negotiate.
WE ARE AWARE THAT THIS MASTERPIECE DUE TO THE RARITY HAS ITS VALUE !!!The horn is in MINT condition which just got approved through the manufacturer!
