Looks like charcoal or pencil.  Can't make artist complete name but ..ttaiyan is last letters.  Mar 2002.  All four beatles in a row.  John , Paul, Ringo, George (from left to right)  Paul is hunched over behind Ringo.  Lithograph, print?  I don't know.
