High Relief Japanese Vase. Satsuma?

This is a handpainted, high-relief and sculpted Japanese vase, probably Satsuma 1920s. Gold leaf. 13 inches high. Excellent condition, some crackling inside vase. No damage outside. Do the photos give enough detail? Heirloom, but we would consider selling.

Glass Bottle/ Alcohol Bottle

Description

Basically I found this object amongst things from my grandmother's basement.  It looks like an old burbon bottle and has a glass topper that inserts into the bottle.  It also has inscriptions that i've mentioned.
