Solid brass light, very detailed work, 6 amber glass panels, original glass, great shape just a little dusty. light is operated by a two prong cord wrapped in a chain.
All I know about these is they are swedish by CG Hallberg. I believe ALP stands for silverplate. I can't find any info about Hallberg's candlesticks....when they were made or their value.
Found this at an estate auction, I bought it just because it looked very nice and elegant, it is an American Waltham Watch Company ladies pendant pocket watch, internal serial # is 6103443. only other engravining is safety barrall that I can see. the case has serial #2275295 on it with what looks like a crown with two bags under it. I was able to trace the manufacture date to about 1892, but not much more information on it. It works excellant, no stalling and keeps perfect time.
Bronze figure approximately 8cms tall. Appears to be what looks like a high priest carrying a child in one hand and a sacrificial knife in the other. It must have been attached to some other object in the past - perhaps a knife hilt as the base is hollow and slotted.
