These have laminate tops, not veneer. Each has a drawer in them. Very sturdy and heavy. There are no marks on them. I just haven't dusted them off yet. They look like new when they are polished up.
I have recently acquired a print named "Tu que no puedes" from the Los Caprichos series by Goya. The print is framed and has a sticker at the back saying that it is from the Vincent Price Collection sold by Sears Roebuck. The number on the label for the Vincent Price Collection is GE34064. I have tried without success to find the Sears Roebuck catalog/inventory for the Vincent Price Collection. I know that there were many editions made of the Los Caprichos series and my question is, how would I find out what edition my print is? I cannot upload any photo but would be happy to email an image. Should I value it for insurance purposes? Any help would be so very much appreciated. Thank you.
This cylindrical rule is the 'K' type with the serial number 5440. It is nickel plated and the paper on the inside is black with the writing and markings in white( this is very different compared to other types) It still has it's original case. According to my research this item may date back to as early as 1921.
