From the research I have did online I think she is a Kestner doll. She is marked with an L and 15 and says made in Germany 164 on the back of her head. On her lower right back she is stamped in red Germany and 151/2. Not sure if original clothes, shoes or wig. She is overall in good condition. She is 27" her head moves side to side, all of her joints move, wrists also. She has red lines along toes and fingers. The string is also in good condition. She has blue set eyes and open mouth with four teeth.
Doll seems to be very old, and hand painted. Hands, legs from knees down, and head are tied on to a rough fabric body using string of some sort. There are no markings that I can find.
Hi there. I have these two teddy bears. The first one I have been told this is a Steiff bear. Is it true? The second one is a teddy bear with working growler in a pretty good condition. Would like to know the era, manufacturer and value of these teddy bears, how much do they worth in the market, and whether it will be worthwhile to put on an auction. Would be grateful if you could provide some information about them. Thanks in advance.
