This is a vintage painting in a monochrome sepia palette with barn, trees and a wooden fence.

I think it is from 1970s-1990s. 

It is signed DAGNALL, but the only Dagnall I managed to find is Peggy Dagnall who used a different palette in her works, so could not recognize the artist.

Think it is oil on canvas, has multilayered frame. 

Muted sepia, rustic Americana.

Was purchased at thrift store.

Hello, I wanted to get some more information in regards to the framed photo that I had purchased.  I have the serial number and know it is from Windsor Art. I have half of the inspection number as well if that helps.    The serial number is G2955 768 02 GREST 11 

It's a photograph of a man who looks to be a General of some sort. Seems to me to be in pretty good condition.

I appreciate the help with this.  I also have other photographs and paintings I would like to get information on as well as a bunch of old coins ranging from gold dollars, Penny's, Nickels, Dimes, and Quarters if interested in helping me with all of this.

Mahogany love seat, was reupholstered in the 90s.  

Asian 4 small bowls in a shadow box style frame.  The bowls area and mat are in mint condition the frame has some small nicks that was touch up. The back side is also in mint condition, as the picture shows.
