teapot is made by international silver company for the waldorf-astoria in 1959.has the stien flip top with long handle and long spout

Hi I believe this is a Circa 1925 Sideboard Hutch made of Solid Oak. This piece was given to me by my sister who found it in the house that she purchased.

bedroom set 1950's germany, chifferobe comes completely apart, makeup desk and night stands are solid wood, head board is for kings size/ doublesingle(2 footboards)

The plate has no 'silver'cancer' and has been lovingly taken care of.  I've always thought it had a lace look to it.

Emperor and Emperess seated on chairs with  flowers lower  under chair bottoms. Figures are raised outward and are hand=painted.

I would like any information on these items I can get, as well as approximate worth.
