This is quite a unique piece. It looks custom. Based on my research I can tell this is an Antique Victorian Mahogany Dressing Table however it is missing the mirror on top. In addition, the top is made of leather with a triple embroidery stamp. Please help me identify this gorgeous piece and it’s worth.

Mid-century modern-looking dining light that was hung in the dining area when we bought our current house in 2022.  The house was custom built in 2000, so was presumably the builder's preference for lighting.  5 glass rods of graduating lengths are threaded through each hole in the 6 arms of the light fixture with lightbulbs exposed. LED lightbulbs.

Variegated blue stained glass pendant light that was hung in the kitchen nook when we bought our house this year - 2022.  Our house was originally built in 2000.  No history is available on the origin of the pendant.  In working order.  measures 11.5"-12" in length depending on the side and 10" across at bottom of  pedal.
