Please help to identify the value of these items

Inlaid detail, ornate brass details all over, beautiful green marble top, three doors, each compartment with shelves.  Seems the piece has latches inside, maybe to disassemble? What period? English? French? Type of wood?

Mahogany Buffet.... one large drawer at top... three drawers in the middle and doors on each side of three drawers

This is a small bronze statue of a man crouching. It is in a rudimentary style like Matisse. There is an inscription on the front that we are unable to read. It has been cleaned with baking soda and was originally black and we could not see the letters on the front. We are not comfortable cleaning further because we don't want to damage marks.

This is a Chelsea Newport Maritime Tide Clock Brass Case. Fully intact,  runs well. No damage. Weighs 5 pounds.  

Not sure what Era or region these are from. But, any help would be appreciated.
