I have 5 silver teaspoons marked "Sterling Silver Pat. 1891 A. Stowell & Co." on the back that belonged to my grandmother. My mom, who is on a fixed income, had them in her donation box to be given away, so I pulled them out and told her I'd see if they were worth anything. Maybe I can get her a little extra money.
This radio was passed down in my family for years, I am looking into getting it to someone who treasures it as much as I have since my daughter is not interested in taking this. I do have some information that is listed on the back of this radio. It has No. 0481. Its Production code is 89G 46. Radio Receiver 763F E69950. It was made in 1932.
My Aunt purchased this magazine at a tag sale in a bunch of old magazines. This magazine had a photocopied letter from Sylvia Wallace, who is the magazine editor, that thanked Mr. Kornman for the cover. There was also three photographs of Marilyn Monroe in a photo sleeve found in this magazine. The magazine was published February 1953. My Aunt no longer lives, so I can not ask her the location of the sale or any other info.
