This tray has intricate ingraving (flowers, leaves, ect) and has teardrop openings around the sides

I came across this stored in my family attic and was going to pass it down to my daughter for her 18th birthday and noticed the lid to the large round serving bowls was broken. I was searching to replace it and I am having no luck with names or prices can some one help? I have a full 10 set of dinner plates, bread & butter plates, saucers, salad plates, soup bowls, a gravy bowl, sugar & lid bowl, lg oval platter, lg oval bowl, and a covered round serving bowl with broken lid?

there are a few scatches nothing deep should be able to be refinished

This is a silver cigarette case with 4 halmarks see pics.  Also stamps is made in england on the inside rim of the case. The holding spring its stamped STE-VEL.  The case snaps closed tight and the hindge is perfect.  There are no dents but a few light scratches

it is a table knife, it is made in one piece, flat, non-serrated.

blue ornate textile sheath with the same handle wrapped in cording.  has intricate detailing on the ends of the sword and sheath.  handle has ornate detailings of dragons.
