I inherited this from a 30 yr. Cal. school teacher All I can tell you is it was purchased after her retirement when she was traveling all over the world I cannot tell you when or where. It is signed Fred Rash..It is in its original frame and is in Good Condition..The picture is an 8x16 and with the frame it is 13x20.
