These were found in a box that i bought at a rummage sale. They seem to be pretty old. I'm guessing maybe 1930's. Mary is in excellent shape, Jesus has some slight chipping.
I am trying to figure out the age and value of this piece. It is in good condition and has the Jefferson Woodworking Co., Louisville, KY stamp on it. It also has a "hidden" leaf that folds down into the center of the table. The leaf is operated by a wheel. and the grains on the table are arranged into designs. The top is comprised of opposite V designs in the grain (on each side) and the sides have a diamond shaped grain design.
*I can't get the pics to upload so here is some links to the picture of the table

This is an original watercolor,I've had this watercolor about 10 years,I'm not really sure of date,my guess 1940's-50's,there's some foxing at edge, there's no date or title,I had to take picture out of frame, the back has the person's name who received this watercolor as a gift.Over the years, watercolor has some bleed thur on paper, not a lot, edges has a few tiny tiny chip, barely noticable.
I was attending a old church sale, when I saw this wonderful old painting in a corner, the canvas is thick, rag like canvas, the frame looks as if the frame was hand sawed, rose head nails,it almost appeared to be another painting underneath, maybe someone will reconize the style of painting,I would love to find out who the painter was.
