1940's Duncan Phyfe drop leaf table with 4 chairs. Mahogany with brass trim on the table feet. It has not been refinished, but the table top needs to be. We put a table cloth over it while we used it.
I have 2 copies of the Bobbsey twins books, one is The Bobbsey Twins on a houseboat, and the other is The Bobbsey twins at snow lodge. The houseboat issue is not in the best condition, the snow lodge, is in better shape. The only copyright date is listed as 1915, and publishers are listed as Grosset and Dunlap.. The pages are thick, small black type, wide margins and the front have a picture of the children on the front.
the chest is in fair condition and contains one drawer at the base with 8 knobs on the front face to simulate additional drawers. the interior is cedar with original key bag, key, gaurentee insert all intact and functional lock....style # 8934-50 serial # 855280
stone is puzzling. it has multi colors prismed on the borders. the silver frame is marked 830 giving it a date range at least. please help someone.....
