Not sure what to do with these. I continue to research family history to try and find a link... why did my Dad have these old items in a box? Who was the love letter to? Does any of that matter when dealing with antique documents? Is there any value in keeping these items around other than for display purposes? Everything I found was tucked into a "Postal Card Album". I have since put everything in acid free protectors.

all I know about this trunk is that it was left in a old building on the property that my grandfather bought among other antiques. this trunk has a compartment that comes out and also has the origional skeleten keys to go with it. It is a wonderful piece and any information about the company who makes it or the history of the trunk would be greatly appreciated. also the value would be nice too! thank you for any info u can give.
All i know is that this clock was found among other antiques in a old building on my Grandfathers property in Oklahoma. We are unsure of the maker because we found no distinquishing marks or anything. I checked in some antique books and did some online work but found nothing. would be curious about any information on the maker and the age of the clock and also the value if possible. this is the only picture i have of it but could possibly get more sent to me. thank you
Set of 3 ebonized wooden chairs (2 side chairs, 1 captain's chair) with upholstered seats and backs, brass castors on front 2 legs, 4-5 coil springs tied into seats, webbing ripped out. Back appears to be stuffed with straw. Penciled signature on wood in old handwritten script: A. Leh or A. Lih? What do I have here? Age, period/style, type of wood? estimated value? Worth restoring as antiques? I will appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you.
