stove is approx. 4-5ft tall and was found in an old barn in upstate NY. ON the centre is a plate that says Champion and 1895 below it. IT's very heavy, perhaps 500 lbs, b/c it takes 3 people to lift.
I have not be able to find any information on this bed. I do know it is consider a trundle, that is what I was told when I bought it. The headboard and footboard fold underneath the bed frame and springs. It was orginally painted brown. It has a metal caning in the middle with a cameo of a vase with flowers in it.
Looks to me like it may have had some possibly serious repair work done. mirror possibly replaced. The work is more obvious from the back. Really, it looks pretty good, but it wouldn't stand up to serious scrutiny I don't think. Both the mirror and the little lip above the mirror lift off. I really know nothing about the piece...other than it doesn't really fit my decor. I don't believe it's as old as the sellers would have me believe it is. Would like to know a little more about it.
