Don't know much about the sofa but it's fairly solid.  The cushions need restuffed and it needs reupholstering.  The front middle wooden leg is loose.

I don't know much about this piece. I'm not even sure what this type of furniture is called. I do know it was given to my grandmother more than twenty years ago by a wealthy family (I think) who wanted to get rid of it. It has been in my family ever since.

The desk has three drawers below, and the desk part opens up and has little pigeon holes. Up top, there are two shelves with cabinets that close. Finish is a bit distressed, but overall the piece seems sturdy and there is no real damage.
