Ceramic Clock

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Description

I was given some of my Aunt's collectables, this ceramic clock was among them.  It is about 9" tall, weighs about one pound.  It has a windup mechanism but it won't turn.  Other than that I don't see anything wrong with it, looks to be in excellent condition, very clean, nothing broken.  The clock face had gold Roman numerals.  There is a bird's nest in the lower left corner with 2 baby birds and the Momma blue bird nestled in some vines.  I know nothing of the history, no markings on the clock other than the word "Minxie" just under the Roman numeral XII.  Picture is attached.

Infant of Prague

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Description

I inherited an Infant of Prague statue from my Aunt.  I know nothing about it.  I don't think it's an antique but I wasn't sure if it was worth $5 or $50??  The finish on the statue is smooth but not shiny.  There are no markings anywhere on the statue.  There is an opening in the base, the inside is hollow.  It is about 10 inches tall and weights less than one pound.  It is in very good to excellent condition, not a scratch or disfigurement on it. Picture is attached.
