I purchased this Ginger Jar at an estate sale. It is believed the owner resided in japan/china at some point. She recently passed away at the age of 82, her husband pre-deceased. They had a large collection of Asian artifacts from furniture to figurines. I have searched endlessly with no luck to find something remotely close in style. It is difficult as I am not able to identify the flowers or birds. Any help identifying and evaluating this piece would be appreciated. Sincerely,Giselle
This item has been in my family for quite some time. It is in excellent condition. Looks new. I have included pictures of the tags. Someone in my family put a label next to it that said early 1900's date. It has very intricate stitching. I am looking for what this is and what it is worth. Would like to know the history on it if anyone knows.
Stained glass viking door panel. Measures 20 1/2" wide x 34" tall (glass only). I belive that it was in a Jackson, MS downtown hotel bar door. Any idea of the worth? Where/who we could contact for info?
