This small painting was given to my friend from Texas, she used to work for a family and this and another painting were given to her as a gift.  This particular water colors painting measures 4" x 6".  It is signed by the artist on the bottom left side.  We have no idea of the value.  The painting has a a note "The Old House"  Wm Zaner 86.  We would like to know the value of this painting.  Thanks

The label on the underside of both the tea cup and saucer says "TRIMONT JAPAN".  It has a white background with gold speckling and is adorned with pink irises.

Stamp on underside of saucer says "Royal Sealy China JAPAN".  It is irridescent with gold detail and dark green accents.  It is a pedestal tea cup and the handle is gold.  The saucer is a sort of lattice-work around the edge.
