This piece was given to me as a gift from my Aunt before she passed.  It is very beautiful and would like to find any history behind it.  I couldn't find anything online.

It is a small round silver footed plate.  It is 3 1/2" in diameter and 2" tall at the handle.

I have a black oriental in appearance vase which I purchased in around 1993 from an estate sale when I was a youth from a woman who did not know it's origin as it was her late mothers.  There is what appears to be symbols of a language wrapped around the vase on top of the pictures which are finely etched into the side of this beautifully detailed stone/marble vase.  A charriot with a passener and driver as well as horses and what looks to be guards are etched below the symbols.

i have a metal i think silver plated wine keg about 5L i do not know what it is called and it has signatures engraved on, the front has a tap and metal rings on side,

i would like to know what it is and what it is used for, and the value would be handy. picked it up at a fair whilst passing thru i thought it looked unusual and pretty
