i have come across what to me looks llike an antique "secretary desk". i am not quite sure. The piece of furniture has a lot of brass on the front for hinges and handles but the ones that stick out are thin brass bumble bees on the very front piece that folds down.

i have a early 1950s howell and company chromesteel  red dinette set with 4 chairs. The table does show some rust on the top and was stripped down. The chairs some some rust and age on the chrome but the sit has no holes,tears,stains they are in very good shape. I bought it from a guy that said he remebered his grandmother buying it straight from the store. Under the chairs you can still see the howell and company stamp and under the table is part of the orignal sticker on how to clean your plastex table top.It does have a leaf in the middle that comes out to make the table smaller.

Mandolin owned by deceased family member who received it as a gift from her mother in her childhood.

She received it in very early 1900s, so it is well over 100 years old. It is still in its orginal hard case, and in very good condition. It would need a small amount of touch up on the case of the mandolin.

The inside  label indicates its place of purchase; Havana, Cuba. However, it was originally manufactured in Spain.

Hartford silver compnay tea cup/ baby cup. Hartford Silver Plate co quadruple plate etched on bottom of cup. Slight dent on top rim and a minor scuff.

Bisque or porcelain figurine - 2 doves on a fountain. There is a "Made in Italy" sticker on the bottom. Piece is marked "1992 Florence", "C" and "G Armani". It is done in muted natural bisque colors with great detail.

I found a similar piece done by Armani - "Little Doves on Flowers". The piece that I have is very much like it except no flowers and it is not on a wooden display pedestal.

Please reply with your opinion:  Is this actually an Armani piece? If so what would the value be?
