Dimensions are: 22.5 high from bottom of base to top of the tallest head x 13 inch diameter roughly.
With the shade on stands 42 inches from bottom of base to top of shade. There is a crown the holds the shade on that is another 2 inches.
For reference--the horn is 6 inches long.
The plaque she holds is 2 x 3.5 inches.
Each of the figures is approximately 16 inches tall.
Diameter of the base is 26 inches at the bottom.

Kenmore Hair Dryer with stand and stool (Vintage) CAT. 365.87330 Serial #33-13584. Color is mint green. Stool is green vinyl seat with black wrought iron back and legs.
I found this item in a stotage locker and is wondering what this could be. I do not have an idea of what it is but what I do know is the stuff surrounding the item is plastic. It looks like a tool for something like a plug-in. Please comment back if you know what it is and what it's worth
No markings or labels are visible except for the two in the photos. An online search yielded nothing of value. I'm not even sure what type of desk/table this is, possibly a bureau? Both labels are located in the drawer, and it's clear that Columbia Manufacturing built it. But no dates are marked anywhere.
