Russian nesting doll with 8 dolls, each with a different mother goose/children's oriented character on it. Not sure of origin or age as it came from a trade. Item is not signed.
I have this violin that is in its original case. My grandmother used it for her lessons when she was a child, and she had received it from her mother and i think so on. On the inside it has a little label that says czechoslavakia antionisu stradurius. Ive looked online for what i may be and i would like to know the value, i also have within the original box is the bow, which is a little rough, and a sholder rest, and an old rosin. which is labeled made in france, palmetto aug. grouses. special process rosin. and the label inside the case reads origanl G&B improved. Thank you. I really woul dlike to get some information on it, it is just sittin in my house.
There are 8 large plates(26cm), 8 medium plates(20.5cm), 8 small plates (16cm), 8 smaller plates(14.5cm), 8 saucer plates(13cm), and 8 tea cups!0cm). They each have a silver ring on the trim, and three silver rings torards the center.
Its a very nice find, its all in take. It fits around the neck like a choker necklace. The chainis made out of silver and there is somee sort of crystals that are pink. I;m guessing it might be costume jewlery?
Where I found it at was a dump site , and from all the stuff that was getting dug up were from the mid to late 1800 era.
Its still wearable I have worn it once since I found it, and I dug it up about 9 years or so.
