this is a four piece tea set made by the Middlesex Silver Co. It is etched on the pitcher, has detailed design on the legs, spouts and handles. It includes the pitcher, tea pot, sugar bowl with lid and the creamer. It is quadruple silver plated. I researched the Middlesex Silver Co. and couldn't find much info on them at all. I am very curious to find out anything I can on this piece.  

the (tea pot?) stamp at the bottom is marked.. The Roosevelt New York international silver co. silver soldered 05016 32 oz. then at the very bottom and inside the lid is the number 10

I have no idea what this is meant for it has an outlet on the side
