Looking to sell this weather vane but it was given to us (a church) without any detailed information.  Want to make sure we are askikng the right price!

This is a lamp that is porcelain with a brass base. I am not sure, but looks like a Capodimonte? Can anyone tell me for sure and what it can be worth if anything?
