From my research this is the Albany HALL china teapot.  The color is sort of dark teal blue-green.  So don't know if it is called turquoise, or blue turquoise.  It is about 6" to tip of lid and 9 " from spout tip to the ourside of the handle.  It's marked on bottom the work HALL in a circle and Made in USA-both stamped on.  There are no other marks.

The grinder is barrel shaped but with 3 flat sides, sounded between those.  Has a metal insert.  the bottom section is 2.25x 1.75" at base.  The wood threaded part of top/grinder is 2", the entire grinder portion is 3 3/8". 

On the bottom says MADE ITALY.

The wedding leis of Niihau are often made with "laiki" or "rice" shells. This yellow/white lei consists of ten strands or more and 18" or longerPricing for shell lei are determined by the colors and types of shells; style and quality of the stringing; and the length of the lei.The finest of the Ni‘ihau shell lei may sell for more than $10,000.  Ni‘ihau shell lei are worm primarily by women. Leis are then traditionally joined by a cowrie shell which compliments it in color and size.

A collection of the London Times newspaper for the months of May and june in the year 1916.  Papers are bound in a worn green cloth cover.

There is a floral pattern, pink blossoms with cream centers, yellow and brown leaves, blue-green and brown leaveson light brown limbs.  All outlined in gold trim.   All on creams colored background.  Around neck is brown with gold multi sized ovals and gold trim around rim.
